This Privacy Policy applies to filewhopper.com and all FileWhopper products and websites owned by Auslogics Labs Pty Ltd ("FileWhopper"). FileWhopper websites and products may provide links to third-party websites and products. If you access those links or install and use those products, that interaction will not be covered by this Privacy Policy, as FileWhopper has no control over third-party websites, products and their policies. FileWhopper specifically disclaims any and all liability, in contract or in tort, arising from your use of any link to any third-party website, or your use of any third-party product. Personal information is sent to FileWhopper in the USA or Australia. Processor: FileWhopper provides software, services and tools that allow customers to transmit large files over the internet. FileWhopper does not own or control any of the information it processes on behalf of its customer. All such information is owned and controlled by FileWhopper’s customer. The information is encrypted and FileWhopper has no access to any data contained in the files it transmits for the customer. Data Controller: FileWhopper also operates websites and provides information products to allow customers to make data transfer decisions and to order services from FileWhopper. In this function, FileWhopper acts as a data controller of the personal information contained in these products and processes this personal information as described in this Policy in the USA or Australia. These countries may not have the same level of personal data protection as the EEA or Switzerland. This information is transferred to the USA or Australia on the basis of consent, or European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses, and may be further transferred to our partners or service providers located in other countries, which may not have the same level of protection for personal data as the EEA or Switzerland.
