*if storing most of your data on your computer drive instead of the cloud is not a problem to you.
Perhaps the software or service you use does not have the features that FileWhopper has.
Here are some of FileWhopper’s advantages:
No file size limitations, literally
No need to wait till the file is fully uploaded to start downloading it - both the upload and download can happen simultaneously
You can always pause the transfer, so you can restart your computer at any time or switch to another task
Zero-knowledge transfer encryption ensures no one gets unauthorized access to your data
We do not place any unexpected charges on your account unlike some cloud storage services. We prefer the pay-as-you-go model.

FileWhopper doesn’t support file transfers to/from mobile devices or devices
running Linux or a Linux-based OS. Please visit this page from a computer running Windows or macOS
All files and folders are encrypted before being transmitted to ensure secure transfer.
We use a specific encryption algorithm based on the password that is generated in the
upload app when the upload is started, or manually created by the user before it is saved.
The password is NOT transferred to or saved on FileWhopper’s servers, which means we will
not have access to it, and therefore will be unable to access the files being transmitted.
