How to use my discount coupon

From time to time, FileWhopper runs promotions or makes special offers to loyal business users. If you’ve got a discount/free coupon as part of a promotion or special offer, here’s a guide on how to apply it.

Step 1

Choose the data allotment size you want to prepay on the FileWhopper Business homepage and click the GetXXXGB button.

Step 2

Check your order details on the Prepayment popup. If the order details are correct, press the PAY button

Step 3

Click the Add discount link to enter your coupon on the checkout page





Step 4

Type your coupon code and press Apply for the discount to take effect.

All files and folders are encrypted before being transmitted to ensure secure transfer. We use a specific encryption algorithm based on the password that is generated in the upload app when the upload is started, or manually created by the user before it is saved. The password is NOT transferred to or saved on FileWhopper’s servers, which means we will not have access to it, and therefore will be unable to access the files being transmitted.
