Transfer package limits and terms

The good thing about having a business account is that you have no time limits to use the purchased gigabytes, and you can make as many file or folder transfers as you want within your total purchased quota. If the file or folder doesn’t fit within your current quota, you can purchase additional storage space at any time.

Please note that you need to start your first file or folder upload within 14 days of when you purchase your storage space. This is the only limitation you need to keep in mind.

All files and folders are encrypted before being transmitted to ensure secure transfer. We use a specific encryption algorithm based on the password that is generated in the upload app when the upload is started, or manually created by the user before it is saved. The password is NOT transferred to or saved on FileWhopper’s servers, which means we will not have access to it, and therefore will be unable to access the files being transmitted.
